Security is an important phenomenon having occupied the agenda since the very beginning of the existence of humans. The need for security which is at the forefront of social life had gradually increased its importance from the moment when the life cycle of humans was formed. With the state that is designed to ensure necessities such as public awareness, national unity and territorial integrity; the concept of security has started to gain different perspectives and has begun to be described from a holistic view (Brauch, 2008: 18). So nowadays, security means more than a need and is a source of various arguments (Özgür, 2019: 11). In fact, it is possible to see this complexity in the definition of this concept. It leads to a confrontation with a wide range of security concepts, due to the importance of the security concept and its perceived diversity from the social point of view. Many conceptualizations can be found, such as human security, state security, political security, internal security, regional security, land security, water security, economic security, cybersecurity, social security, environmental security, biosecurity. Indeed, Zedner (2009: 10) defines the concept linguistically like that security is an uncertain and contested term that conveys many meanings and has many referent objects, ranging from the individual to the state and to the biosphere.
