Prof. Dr. Fatma Eti Aslan



Dean of Faculty of Health Sciences at Bahçeşehir University, İstanbul, Turkey. Professor Dr. Fatma Eti Aslan obtained her nursing license from the İstanbul University Florence Nightingale Nursing School in 1986, her master degree from İstanbul University Institute of Health Sciences Department of Nursing in 1988, her doctoral degree from İstanbul University Institute of Health Sciences Department of Medical Surgical Nursing in 1992. She worked at Cerrahpaşa Hospital as a nurse for three years and then at Marmara University as an assistant professor between 1993 and 1999, as an associate professor between 1999 and 2006 and as a professor between 2006 and 2009. She is still working at Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Health Sciences as a head of Nursing program and as a dean of faculty. Professor Dr. Fatma Eti Aslan managed 49 master’s thesis and 7 doctorate theses until now. She is an author of 4 nursing books, editor of 15 books, author of lots of chapters and she also have 40 international SCI, SSCI scientific papers, 98 national papers and 53 international congress participation. She continues to teach continuously.
