Globalisation, capitalism, and social sciences work together. Social sciences cannot be considered apart from globalisation. The rise of the social sciences is part of the historical evolution of globalisation and social sciences provide an intellectual foundation for globalisation. Social sciences have undergone a radical change in epistemology and methodology. Yet, the content and subject matter in social sciences involve a peculiar discourse on globalisation.
