Student Perception Toward the Achivements in the University Exam


The purpose of education is to reveal the students’ potential and to promote their abilities and qualifications. That’s why the environments for education are designed so as to make these purposes come true. As a result, necessary activities for education and training are organised. These necessary activities ought to be evaluated continuously and designed according to the results of the evaluations. Evaluating can be done to see to what extent these purposes have been met as well as determining the success levels. Therefore, several examinations are carried out in schools and in education systems in order to evaluate the degree of fulfillment of the stated purposes.

A lot of important decisions are made in accordance with the data collected from these exams. Classifying students for different programs, placing them in education programs suited to their needs, and predicting the future performances of the students to be chosen for a career or other opportunities are some of these decisions (Tekindal, 2012).
