La Belgique francophone – Tome 2 : L’Ébranlement (1914–1944) by Marc Quaghebeur has been selected as one of four titles nominated for the 2018 prize of the Académie des littératures 1900-1950. The prestigious award is granted annually to an outstanding work on literature from the first half of the twentieth century in French or French translation. The nominated title is the second volume of a collection of books on Belgian literary texts from the 20th century and was published by Peter Lang in 2017. Marc Quaghebeur is director of the Archives and Museum of Literature in Brussels, chairman of the Association européenne des Études francophones and editor of the Peter Lang series Documents pour l’Histoire des Francophonies.
