Summary

Financial markets and the real economy are deeply interconnected, yet their relationship remains complex and often misunderstood. In an era of global shocks and rapid capital flows, understanding this interplay is more important than ever. This book explores the dynamic links between global financial systems and macroeconomic fundamentals, combining theoretical frameworks with empirical analysis. It examines how financial markets influence economic growth, investment, employment, and policy responses across diverse economies. Using both qualitative insights and data-driven approaches, the author investigates key phenomena such as market volatility, capital mobility, and globalization’s impact on domestic economies. By bridging theory with real-world evidence, this book offers a nuanced perspective on how financial forces shape economic outcomes in a globalized world.
