Moció conjunta dels grups municipals de CiU, PSC, PP i del regidor no adscrit Sr. Zapater, sobre modificació de l’Ordenança Municipal de Civisme i Convivència per limitar l’ús del vel integral i altres vestimentes o accessoris similars.

Vista la moció presentada conjuntament pels grups municipals de CiU, PSC, PP i el regidor no adscrit Ismael Zapater, amb 23 vots a favor de CiU, PSC, PP i del regidor no adscrit Zapater, 1 vot en contra del Grup Municipal d’ ICV-EUiA i 2 abstencions del Grup Municipal d’ERC, s’acorda:


Joint motion of the local groups CiU, PSC, PP and of the non-attached councilman Mr. Zapater, about the change of the Municipal Ordinance of Civic-Mindedness and Coexistence in order to limit the use of the full veil and other similar clothes and accessories.

On the basis of the motion presented jointly by the local groups CiU, PSC, PP and by the non-attached councilman Ismael Zapater, which received 23 votes in favor from CiU, PSC, PP and from the non-attached councilman Zapater, 1 vote against from the local group ICV-EUiA and 2 abstentions from the local group ERC, it is agreed:
