Studies in History, Memory and Politics
The series was founded and edited by Anna Wolff-Poweska and Piotr Forecki until the publication of volume 45. Until the publication of volume 56, the series was edited by Barbara Klich-Kluczewska and was given the title Studies in History, Memory and Politics.
Zofia Woycicka who is a professor at the University of Lodz, Faculty of Philology, and a researcher at the German Historical Institute Warsaw, has taken over the editing of the series starting from volume 57.
Woycicka published amoung others Arrested Mourning. Memory of Nazi Camps in Poland, 1944-1950 (Peter Lang 2014) and co-edited The Rescue Turn and the Politics of Holocaust Memory (with Natalia Aleksiun and Raphael Utz, Wayne State University Press 2024).
