In der Reihe "FLS - Foreign Language Studies" werden zentrale Studien aus dem Fachbereich der Anglistik/Amerikanistik veröffentlicht. Sie beschäftigt sich sowohl mit englischer- und amerikanischer Landeskunde als auch mit pädagogischen Themen, etwa der Didaktik der englischen Sprache und Literatur sowie dem Spracherwerb. Herausgegeben wird die Reihe von Professor Hartmut Breitkreuz, zu dessen Forschungsschwerpunkten unter anderem die Fehlerforschung und frühes Fremdsprachenlernen sowie projektorientiertes und medial gesteuertes Lernen gehört.
