«International Insights» brings together studies from various and mixed disciplines to put forward new analyses of issues and developments on the world stage. This series seeks to address in an open-minded and critical manner both theoretical and empirical questions arising from the major shaping forces at work in the modern world. The series will deal with the following subjects: armed conflict and wars in the 21st century, globalization and transnational developments, new forms of world and regional organization, political applications of international law and the transformation of the role of the state in international relations.
«International Insights» is a crucible of debate concerning the key questions discussed by researchers and students of international relations. The series will publish reference texts as well as theoretical and empirical studies.
The series gratefully acknowledges the logistical support of the Réseau d’Études en Politique internationale (REPI) (Network of Studies in International Politics) and of the Pole Bernheim for Peace and Citizenship Studies at the Université libre de Bruxelles.
